Customer Testimonials
Marcus T. — Valencia, Attic Insulation Replacement
We had an older home in Valencia with original blown-in insulation that was compacted and nearly useless. Next Level Insulation came out, assessed everything thoroughly, and gave us a clear written quote with no hidden fees. The crew arrived exactly on time, completed the attic insulation replacement in one day, and left the house cleaner than they found it. Our energy bills dropped noticeably within the first month, and the upstairs bedrooms are finally comfortable in summer. I have already referred two neighbors to them.
Diane R. — Saugus, Crawl Space Insulation and Vapor Barrier
I had been ignoring a musty smell in my Saugus home for years until Next Level Insulation diagnosed the problem as a compromised crawl space. They installed new insulation and a full vapor barrier and explained every step of the process to me before starting. The technicians were respectful, professional, and clearly experienced with older Santa Clarita-area homes. The musty odor is completely gone and my floors feel warmer in winter. Excellent company from start to finish.
James and Carla M. — Stevenson Ranch, New Construction Insulation
We hired Next Level Insulation for insulation work on our newly built home in Stevenson Ranch, and they coordinated seamlessly with our general contractor. Their knowledge of Title 24 energy compliance requirements saved us a lot of stress during the inspection process. The team was professional, fast, and thorough, and the project passed inspection on the first attempt. We appreciated their transparent communication throughout the entire build timeline. Highly recommend for anyone doing new construction in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Patricia W. — Newhall, Spray Foam Insulation
My Newhall home had significant air leakage issues that were driving up my utility costs every single summer. Next Level Insulation recommended spray foam for the rim joists and hard-to-reach areas, and the difference has been dramatic. The estimator was knowledgeable and patient in explaining why spray foam was the right choice for my specific situation. The crew was tidy and professional, and the job was done in less time than I expected. I finally feel like my home is sealed the way it should be.
Robert G. — Canyon Country, Garage and Wall Insulation
I converted my Canyon Country garage into a home office and needed proper insulation before drywalling. Next Level Insulation handled both the garage walls and ceiling insulation efficiently and within my budget. The team communicated clearly about the schedule, showed up when they said they would, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The office stays cool in summer and warm in winter now, which has made a huge difference in my productivity. A fantastic local company I trust completely.
Sandra L. — Castaic, Attic Air Sealing and Insulation Upgrade
After getting quotes from three companies, I chose Next Level Insulation because their estimator actually took the time to inspect my Castaic attic before quoting rather than just giving me a number over the phone. They identified several air sealing issues I had no idea about and addressed them as part of the project. The upgrade brought my home’s insulation to the proper R-value for our climate zone, and I noticed the difference on my very first utility bill. Professional, honest, and genuinely skilled at what they do. Worth every penny.
Tom H. — Northpark, Blown-In Insulation Top-Up
Our Northpark townhome was losing heat through a poorly insulated attic, and Next Level Insulation fixed the problem quickly and affordably. They topped up our existing blown-in insulation to the correct depth and sealed a few gaps around light fixtures that were causing drafts. The work was done cleanly with no mess left behind, and the technicians were courteous and professional throughout. Our heating system runs far less often now, which shows in our monthly bills. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Do you offer any satisfaction guarantee beyond the standard warranty?
Yes. Beyond the formal workmanship warranty, we operate under a straightforward satisfaction commitment: if the results of your insulation project do not meet the performance expectations we discussed during your estimate consultation, we will return to evaluate the installation and determine the appropriate corrective action.
